Abstract
An introduction of new organisation forms in fishing, such as flotilla fishing calls for scientific organisation in service processes of motherships. An attempt have been made to apply one method of operational study based on "theory of congestion and queuing" in order to determine and to bring to minimum the losses resulting from frequent formation of congestions and queuing at motherships.
